China – Britain Business Council (CBBC) is a UK agency offering assistance to British companies intending to do business in China. In 1998 China Britain Trade Group changed its name to China Britain Fussiness Council. CBBC has operated as a business-led partnership between government and industry. Its services include advisory and consultancy services: how to enter the Chinese market, how to expand an already established business in China, information about investment locations, competitor analysis, partner identification, and cultural briefings. Additionally, CBBC provides practical support services including translation, and it organises sector-focused seminars, workshops, networking meetings and conferences. CBBC also produces the China-Britain Business Review, which is published ten times a year.
