ICNL is a not for profit organisation which promotes a legal framework enabling the establishment of civil society and public participation in countries around the world. It has a wealth of legal articles, reports and laws governing both international and national NGO laws. The ICNL site includes a database with documents from more than 160 countries around the world giving access to documents affecting NGO law, governance issues, tax regulations, and NGO codes of ethics.
