The Matilong Community Development Organisation is an NGO in Teso, Uganda.
The organisation currently works in four districts, but has plans to cover the regions of Teso and Karamoja when increased funding becomes available. Organisational activities have included cassava stem multiplication and distribution benefitting a total of 3,750 vulnerable people. More than 680 acres were planted to propagate cassava stems. MaCDO has also implemented a resettlement project with the Presidential Peace Commission for Teso for ex-combatants; trained 180 farmers in modern farming methods; and run other projects with international partners, including a gender empowerment project.

Currently, MaCDO is working on a cassava value added project that will benefit 465 farmers.
