Barka Foundation is a non-governmental organisation based in Poland. Barka supports the social development of excluded groups and builds conditions to enable the people within such groups to rebuild their lives. Barka has created Schools of Social Animation, self-help programmes, which encourage excluded people to develop life skills. This organisation also seeks to give legal and financial support for the development of these schools in Poland and abroad.
