Philippine Relief and Development Services (PHILRADS) is a branch of the Philippine Council of Evangelical Churches.

The Philippine Relief and Development Services (PHILRADS) works hand in hand in the with local churches in holistic ministries for the poor and needy, by responding to emergency needs of disaster victims, providing assistance for their rehabilitation, carrying out community development projects, and conducting disaster management seminars for local churches and communities.

PHILRADS was established to be the relief and development arm of PCEC to serve the poor and needy in the Philippines through local churches.
