Premiere Urgence is a non-governmental organisation formed in 1992 to assist victims of wars, natural disasters, conflicts or economic collapse. Working mainly in Africa, Middle East and Asia, Premiere Urgence distributes emergency aid, not-perishable food, hygiene products, medicines and medical equipment and professional kits. It also provides rehabilitation and management of dispensaries, hospitals, utility services, schools and homes, water supply networks and micro-credit programmes.
