The Premature Baby Foundation of Taiwan (PBF)works to ensure that every premature baby has access to proper medical care of the best possible quality. The Foundation seeks to raise awareness of prematurity as a serious problem and to educate the public to reduce the rate of premature births.

PBF’s activities include subsidizing medical care expenses for premature babies residing in 52 contracted hospitals, educating the public about prematurity and prevention, providing a wide range of education opportunities for medical team members in order to improve the quality of medical care for premature babies, encouraging research on topics relevant to premature baby care, and integrating available resources for premature babies.
