The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) International is an independent humanitarian agency established in 1984 for the specific purposes of individual and community development and disaster relief. ADRA has been working in Bulgaria since 1992, and is currently working on projects in more than 100 areas of the country. Projects focus on assisting people with disabilities, principally women and children, and on basic education. ADRA also works with street children in Sofia.
