Pepal is a young social enterprise that facilitates partnerships between the private and non-profit sectors through launching international development programmes, to achieve effective and sustainable social change in the developing world. It collaborates with INSEAD, the business school for the world, to deliver joint management training for the participants. The INSEAD training arms participants with the theoretical tools and frameworks they need in order to work together towards accomplishing their project goals.
