International NGO Forum on Indonesian Development (INFID)

The International NGO Forum on Indonesian Development (INFID) is a network comprising Indonesian NGOs, together with member countries of the Consultative Group for Indonesia (CGI). INFID’s remit is to facilitate communication between NGOs to promote alleviation of structural poverty, and improve the conditions of the poor and disadvantaged in Indonesia.
INFID aims to ensure that the formulation and implementation of policies in the distribution development aid, investment and trade, are made with consideration of the poor and disadvantaged, and built upon on the principles of peace and justice.
It aims for conditions that allow the strengthening of democratic life through the expansion of popular participation, access and control of development in Indonesia.
