Thames Water supports WaterAid through its consumer campaign

Thames Water has partnered with the non-governmental organization, WaterAid, to improve access to safe water, hygiene and sanitation in the world’s poorest communities.

Since 2003, Thames Water has sent information about WaterAid to over five million households through water bills. As a result, more than 34,000 customers have taken up the opportunity to donate to WaterAid, totaling more than £10 million since the scheme began.

This has helped deliver a lasting supply of clean, safe water and sanitation for over 600,000 people in the developing world.
