Stowarzyszenie Operation Mobilisation w Polsce (OM Poland)
Unverified non-profit organisation
Operation Mobilisation (OM for short) has been operating since 1957 (globally), bringing practical help and real hope to people.
By sharing love with all people, we see a profound transformation that reaches not only individuals, but also entire communities and nations. We seek creative ways to act in different circumstances and cultural contexts, responding to deep needs, respecting the subjectivity and agency of those we serve. We are invariably inspired by the attitude of Jesus: deep compassion and concern for every person, regardless of background or baggage of experience.
Operation Mobilisation (OM for short) is an international organization, active in 147 countries and on mission ships. We operate thanks to the involvement of more than 4,500 volunteers and specialists in various fields. In Poland, our intercultural team operates in the form of an Association, registered in Warsaw.
We organise humanitarian activities, self-help groups, medical missions, art and sports projects, and are involved in education and micro-entrepreneurship. We support people with refugee experience and those at risk of marginalization. We develop and establish Christian communities.
