Distribution of self-adjustable glasses in Manado, Indonesia

This video is about another project done by Kopernik to distribute self-adjustable glasses to poor communities in Manado.

Adjustable eyeglasses allow the recipient to correct their own vision; a process known as ‘self-refraction’. Thus they eliminate the need for an optometrist and restore the villagers’ vision, allowing him or her increased productivity and potentially higher income for the family.
