The National Federation of Youth Organisations in Bangladesh (NFYOB) is the country’s national council of youth organisations, which administers and coordinates youth development activities. Since its establishment in 1985, NFYOB’s pursuits included the organisation of conferences, workshops or training programmes on youth issues; government assistance for implementing policies focussing on youth community development; the promotion of youth exchange programmes both nationally and internationally; the publication of materials on youth issues (e.g. newsletters, books, magazines etc.); or an educational programme for women.
