Overall description
A healthcare facility would like to donate a set of Cpap generators and bonnets.
They are available for collection in London.
CPAP is a form of respiratory support that we give premature babies or term babies that are struggling to breath/are sick. The generators are the end part of the tubing that help deliver positive end expiratory pressure (PEEP) and keep the prongs and masks in place. So the prongs and masks are compatible with theses circuits.
Unfortunately, it is just the CPAP generators we have extra of but they tend to be compatible with multiple different CPAP circuits. And there does need to be a machine that is able to deliver PEEP.
The bonnets are used to secure the CPAP on the babies to ensure they get continuous PEEP. They could potentially be used with other respiratory circuits or they could just be used as hats.
We have a minimum of 30 generators but I have an open bag mixed with generators and bonnets. Not everything is in their original boxes but they are in their individual sterile, unopened packets.
Expiry dates range from 2025 to 2026. They are printed on the individual packets.
We have a minimum of 20 Bonnets per size (ranging 16cm to 36cm).

All types of medical products are very much needed in Ukraine for obvious reasons, and our partner charity leader in Kyiv is very interested and knows what these CPAP products are for only too well because her eldest daughter was born prematurely. We would send these out to her in Kyiv from where distributions are made to all the worst war affected areas of Ukraine.
