The Burma Border Consortium is an alliance of 11 international NGOs acting as a humanitarian relief and development agency working with refugees and the displaced people of Burma on the Thai-Burmese border through local NGOs. The Consortium adopts a rights-based approach to its work, and engages in research on relevant issues.
