Body Shop partners with Women's Aid to prevent domestic violence

Women’s Aid have been working in partnership with The Body Shop since 2004, as part of their long-running ‘Stop Violence in the Home’ Campaign. The Campaign aims to raise funds to develop projects that tackle the problem of domestic violence, and promote awareness of the issue amongst Body Shop customers and the public in general.

Since the partnership was formed, Women’s Aid and The Body Shop have worked together on a number of projects that have benefited both women and children affected by domestic violence. These projects have made an enormous impact on Women’s Aid’s work to end domestic violence and have enabled them to support tens of thousands of abused women and children through the development of new resources and services. Working in partnership with a well-known and respected brand has enabled Women’s Aid to reach a much larger audience than would otherwise have been possible.
