Chill Out Community Arts (CHOCA) is a organisation consisting of arts coordinators based in Portugal and London. Members of the group specialise in a range of disciplines, including the visual arts, literature and music, They believe that everyone should participate in the arts, and that participation should not have to depend on income. CHOCA thus funds its activities through donations only. 50% of its activities are run in charitable institutions, including schools, prisons and hospitals.
