Pilotlight is set up to address the need of small charities and social enterprises which do not have, and could not afford to buy, the time and skills to develop their own infrastructure. To enable these charities to help more people, more effectively, Pilotlight manages teams of senior business people to coach them through building measurably more sustainable and efficient organisations. It is designed to overcome both the barriers to business leaders volunteering and to ensure that charities would find the help given effective.
