Working areas:
• Publishing monthly magazine called ‘TEMSALET’ aimed to disseminate creative, innovative and transversal educational experiences and ideas from the formal ambit, non-formal and informal, to break with the existing positivist and technocratic paradigms of the past that reduce our students in passive citizens and a-critical consumers.
• Based in Ethiopia, plan to launch a weekly TV show on various educational issues via NAHOO Television with the view to satisfying the needs and expectations of Ethiopia audience at home and overseas regarding educational quality, standard outcomes, success stories as well as cognitive affective and psycho-motor domains.
• Preparing media platform in government and private schools to discuss different educational and social issues with stakeholders (communities, head teachers, teachers, communities, parents, students and local administration) to improve the wellbeing of the society in critical aspects, school systems, and in engaging and decision making.
• Promote young entrepreneurs in Ethiopia partnering with Africa Leadership Academy and Anzisha prize in South Africa. Anzisha prize is continental organization which is working to promote youth entrepreneurs in Africa. The grand prize winners, selected from these finalists, will share prizes worth $100,000 USD.
