Development Associates International (DAI) is a multinational organisation providing education, mentoring, consulting, and connecting worldwide.

DAI creates, uses and distributes interactive tools to help leaders grow in their personal integrity, leadership effectiveness and management skills. Responding to the strategic need for leadership development continues to propel DAI toward expanding capacity, improving quality and encouraging leadership effectiveness.
