Redeem Africa Leadership Foundation (RALFo) is a Ghanaian NGO that focuses on developing leaders. The organisation identifies potential leaders and assesses cultural and normative practices by examining their impact on society. The organisation also assists in community-based projects that help to reduce poverty. Currently, RALFo is promoting the need for peaceful elections, rallying churches and women’s groups, going to villages to create awareness on the need for girl-child education, helping to provide bore-holes, and holding seminars on leadership.
