The Headington Institute provides psychological and spiritual support to relief and development workers worldwide. They specialise in training workshops and education materials to help humanitarian workers understand and cope with traumatic stress, offer counseling, orientation and debriefing and consult on effective staff care strategies.

Since 2001 the Institute has provided thousands of hours of service and worked with humanitarian workers from over 75 humanitarian organisations and over 50 countries.
