Body Shop & MTV campaign against HIV/AIDS

As part of The Body Shop’s ongoing commitment to HIV and AIDS awareness, the company has teamed up with MTV to launch annual campaigns to raise awareness amongst young people worldwide about HIV and AIDS and to raise funds for The Staying Alive Foundation, an NGO that supports grass-roots youth groups to help educate young people about HIV and AIDS.

Since 2007, The Body Shop has raised more than $3.6 million for the Staying Alive Foundation by creating and selling limited edition products. The innovative partnership has enabled thousands of people to benefit from grants, and reached millions of young people around the world with vital information on HIV prevention.
