American Samoa Humanitarian Customs Regulations

This document was submitted in response to a questionnaire distributed by Global Hand regarding humanitarian customs information. It provides regulations for importing humanitarian aid.

Customs requirements

American Samoa does not have a guide on customs regulations for humanitarian aid. The Customs code does not contain any procedures specifically for humanitarian aid. Consignees receiving aid are asked to apply to the Governor Office for excise tax exemption.
