SEARCH strives to promote the well-being of children, women, refugees and a host of other population groups with intersecting vulnerabilities in Liberia and recently, South Sudan. We have several offices in Liberia and an international office in Juba, South Sudan, and have touched the lives of nearly 16,000 children and 5,344 women across Liberian communities, and over 25,000 refugees through provision of emergency relief and integrated protection services for children, women, and youth in difficult circumstances.
SEARCH has an established board of directors and pool of 15 core staff with professional backgrounds in various areas of humanitarian response and development interventions. We have employed over 1000 short-term staff and volunteers over the years.
