Spice Youth International is a non-governmental, not-for-profit association, working in Cameroon working with children/youths, parents, government and intergovernmental bodies in the promotion of community welfare. It works to identify the needs of the child especially the rural child/youths, the underprivileged and the weaker section of the society through participatory approaches.

SYI’s mission is to promote education, health, livelihoods and microfinance, and building relationships for children, their families and the communities in which they live.

The main objective is to develop leadership and entrepreneur skills, through engaging trainings that instruct, motivate and advance young people intellectually.

. More specifically, SYI seeks to:

• Promote global access to education for every youth.
• Promote sustainable health education and practices for young people, their families and communities.
• Reduce HIV AIDS transmission and malaria in children, young people and families.
• Increase global access to safe drinking water, sanitation and hygiene services.
• Foster environmental education and awareness among youths and in our communities.
• Raise platforms for acquisition of leadership and entrepreneurship skills by young people.
