The Fulfillment Fund identifies and helps promising, yet educationally underserved and economically disadvantaged, students achieve high school graduation and access to and completion of higher education.The Fulfillment Fund works closely with the school district and school staff in seven target high-schools in Los Angeles to identify small learning communities of 300-500 students each who would benefit from partnering with them.
