Canadian Co-operative Association (CCA) is a not-for-profit group of co-operatives and credit unions of Canada. Members of CCA come from various sectors, including finance, insurance, agri-food and supply, wholesale and retail housing, health, and the service sector. CCA provides services in three core areas: development, government affairs and public policy (GAPP), and common table. In development, CCA works to reduce poverty with local co-operative partners. In GAPP, CCA analyses and lobbies the federal government. CCA also provides a common table for discussions and collecting and distributing information concerning co-operatives and credit unions across Canada.
