SCM Community Transportation provides safe, comfortable transport services for seniors and persons with disabilities in Somerville, Cambridge, Medford and surrounding Massachusetts communities. For over 23 years, their drivers and caregivers have conveyed riders to dialysis, medical appointments, adult day care, grocery shopping, meal sites, and to visit loved ones. They provide an important link between riders and their communities, enabling individuals to live autonomously while also remaining active members of the general public.
