Founded in the UK in 1937, Plan International is a development organisation working at grass roots level in 46 countries worldwide to improve the lives of children. In Brazil, Plan focuses on programmes in health, education and children’s rights. Plan works in partnership with local organisations to enable children to develop their full potential, and seeks to involve children directly in the operation of the projects.
