EPULMDO strives to impart self-reliant capability, professionalism, credibility, accountability and transparency to unskilled laborers for a better future.

Their major activities include:
• Conducting workshops and conferences to share knowledge and experiences, especially among the casual laborers in the territory of Rwanda;
• Establishing and supporting charity institutions in the Rwandan society focused on laborers homes, disabled, displaced and other vulnerable people;
• Supporting and advocating beneficiaries to enable them to lead a more meaningful life through vocational skills training, formal education, micro-finance and cooperative facilities.

EPULMDO can extend their services throughout the country by the decision of the general assembly.

EPULMDO is supported by the collaboration of government institutions, companies, well-wishers in terms of partnership, collaboration, subscription fee and fundraising.
