Uganda Christian Institute for Professional Development is a non profit organization that works with the communities to address the challenges faced by the communities and their challenges.
UCIPD was formed in 2010 and Incorporated with National Board for NGO Ministry of Internal Affairs in 2012.
UCIPD strategic program for Intervention is to embrace the existing challenges of health related issues which has been alarmingly tormenting the community of Lira District.
The organization has a well established school for Nursing and Midwifery in Gwengabara Village, Boroboro West Parish, Adekokwok Sub-county, in Lira District with a theme of reducing the high rate of child death during the time of birth.
