GrassRoots Ministry cares for Uganda’s most vulnerable children, teenage mothers, and the environment. It believes in a just society that supports humanity and the ecosystem.

GrassRoots Ministry through its Reforest Mukono project, implements environment conservation activities, and strengthens eco-friendly livelihood activities in the greater Mukono district. The project promotes environmental conservation activities such as commercial teak tree planting, tree marking to prevent careless tree cutting, communal environmental sensitizations, advocating for environment conservation bylaws, and influencing and promoting the use of biomass energy and eco-friendly stoves by the targeted communities in greater Mukono, district Uganda.
