Kiboga Foundation for Community Development (KIFCOD) is a voluntary registered rural non-profit and non-political, Community Based Organization indigenously inspired and oriented working towards community development in Kiboga district, Uganda – East Africa.

It was formed in December 2012 by a group of 13 volunteers with the endeavors of alleviating the common problems of poverty, disease, ignorance & backwardness that are so rampant in the district.

Vision
• A Centre for poverty reduction and environmental protection through community empowerment with the skills, knowledge and resources in Uganda.
Mission
• To provide excellent channels for community development and environmental management. We are not merely after implementing projects, but implementing projects in ways that will perpetuate best positive long term/sustainable and remarkable impact on the lives of the target groups. We at all times struggle to ensure that our work and that of our partners tackle the root causes of the problems in question and produce sustainable Community development.

Broad aims
To promote community based development, intercultural Understanding and community participation in development through voluntary work.

The foundation believes in a just society where all people irrespective of their backgrounds and religious affiliations enjoy life equally to its fullness.
