Leadership, Empowerment and Development (LEAD) is a youth-driven, non-profit organisation dedicated to addressing pressing social and environmental challenges in Pakistan. Our core competencies lie in community mobilization, advocacy, and capacity building, with a strong focus on climate action, disaster risk reduction, and youth empowerment.

LEAD operates across both urban and rural regions, engaging diverse communities through training programs, awareness campaigns, and collaborative initiatives.
