KAPLANET is a registered non-profit and nonpartisan community based organisation that was established in 2019 to address challenges faced by marginalized youth and women due to poverty. The marginalized youth and women lack access to economic initiatives to help support their independence while empowering communities to be self-sufficient.

Mission: To build and empower vibrant women and youth movements contributing to achieving sustainable development.

Objectives
• To enhance meaningful youth and women participation and inclusion in SRHRs for social economic development.
• To mobilize human, financial and other resources needed to support youth and women related programs
• To provide a platform for young people and women to share ideas, knowledge and information and best practices on issues affecting their generation
• To strengthen collaboration, partnership and coordination of youth led and youth focused organizations to deliver joint programming for social-economic transformation.
• To build capacity of youth-led and youth-focused organizations to deliver on their mandate.
