Africure Community Health Development Organization (ACHDO) Is a registered NGO operating in Eastern Uganda. It has a wide range of projects it’s implementing.
The organization runs a medical center called Africure International Medical Center as private not for profit (PNFP), founded in November 2011. The organization also runs primary health care projects as strategies for disease prevention and health promotion. The organization believes the achieved successes can be sustained hence the idea of starting the private not for profit (PNFP) health center in the hard to reach and remotest communities. They also partner with other NGO in Africure pilots studies on health trends and disease outbreaks in communities.

Africure has adopted to advocate for health facility and health services and to champion for community health promotion. Africure plans to support under served communities by health system strengthening in the area of equipment furniture medical supplies and construction of wards.

The project strategy by Africure health centre is a strategy of health belief model to promote community health and advocacy for modern diagnostic equipment and facility. This model works by running a social enterprise project with key strategies to sustainability. And this in turn is expected to lead to harnessing of the socio economic and other benefits for the disadvantaged communities.
The organization is registered by ministry of internal affairs, under national NGO board. The health center project under this organization, is registered and licensed by Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC) as: AFRICURE INTERNATIOAL MEDICAL CENTRE (AIMC)
