GOSANET Foundation is a non-governmental, HIV & AIDS service, voluntary, humanitarian, non-partisan and nonprofit making organization established in 2005 with the aims of contributing to the health, education and developmental needs of communities in Ghana.

GOSANET is a recognized civil society organization (CSO) which was incorporated in 2006 and officially registered under the companies’ code of 1963, Act 179. The organization is a registered charity. Its mandate is to create opportunities to enhance the socio-economic condition and well-being of the citizens, and provide volunteer programs around the world in partnership with sustainable community initiatives.

Its objective is to promote and involvement in achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in order to create a better world, such as poverty reduction, HIV/AIDS, Malaria and other health promotion activities and volunteer programmes around the world in partnership with sustainable community initiatives : bringing people together to work side by side while sharing perspectives and fostering cultural understanding.

Gosanet is an United Nations, ECOSOC accredited organization, with no political affiliation. Certain development projects to be undertaken by the Gosanet (Good Samaritan Network) Foundation are to be funded by other development agencies or donors either in cash or in kind. The NGO is seriously looking for partners, for development and project sponsoring. Gosanet Foundation has registered with the Ghana Revenue Authority in compliance with section 118 of the Internal Revenue Act, 2000 (Act 592) and has been granted charitable status under the companies Act. 1960, on provision for tax exempt, hence on Tax holiday till the stipulated time period provided by the Act expires.

To provide opportunities for people who live in circumstances of social and economic deprivation to eradicate poverty and provide for, Malaria, Tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS, vocational training, community development and other health related issues.

The organization shall seriously consider going into partnership / affiliation and network with the local and international Community Based Organizations (CBOs), Non -Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Non Profits and Governmental Organizations that share the same visions or goals, for the achievement of its aim and objectives.
