True African Foundation is a child and women focussed initiative founded by a group of women and male youth in Butaleja district with a main purpose of advocating for their fellow women’s who were discriminated due inadequate powers to make decisions in their lives. The Foundation is located in Butaleja District-Eastern Uganda, they operate within the district and neighbouring districts of Budaka, Mbale. Services provided include women empowerment through business skills training, agribusiness, support children with education subsidies, child protection campaigns, supporting and linking Clients for HIV/AIDS services among others
