The Volunteer Pilots Association is a charitable non-profit organisation providing free air transportation to needy people who must travel to obtain medical assitance. Member pilots fly privately owned planes and donate their time and flight expenses. The organization also transports donor organs and other time-critical medically related items as well as emergency/disaster relief.
