CWAY Africa Ministries (CAM) – a Mission Based, Nonprofit organisation and a family of friends, Rooted in Community, Grounded in Faith, dedicated to serve God and improve the lives of disadvantaged people living in remote-rural villages and slums of Uganda, especially the children, youth and women who would otherwise have no access to social services and would never hear the gospel message of Jesus Christ. We aim to promote the transformation of their life conditions through education, healthcare, discipleship, community outreach, leadership development, evangelism, and Church Partnership, among other social-involvements.

Our greatest transformation happens when we work hand in hand with the communities where God has placed us to serve. Listening to their needs, we plan together and come along with them to achieve their goals and improve their lives both now and in the future. We endeavour to meet their physical, social and spiritual needs, as part of our holistic approach to community restoration and development.

We believe in the power of partnership and that together we are stronger! We learn from each other, discerning God’s leading for our country and its communities and neighbourhoods at the present moment. We partner to develop resources together. And we seek consensus, so that united we can work for the good of the society where God has placed us.

We have a local community school educating and feeding children of age 3 to 15 years. Most of them come from broken families, some are orphans, abandoned and others from poor homes.

Volunteers play a vital role in our sustainable community projects in Uganda (East Africa).The organisation welcomes volunteers with various skills, including teachers, medical professionals, builders, and those who simply love children and ready to be the hands and feet of Jesus Christ.

We know that International Mission Work is not for everyone. However, our school and organisation are always in need of volunteers. Maybe they feel called to lead a medical team wishing to gain field experience and help beyond their neighbourhood! Maybe they are Teachers willing to help with their skills, more tools and ideas to reach our students in new ways. Come hold a workshop! Maybe they are builders or contractors with tools, techniques, and expertise that will enable us to build our new classrooms and toilets plus renovations faster! Maybe they just love kids and want to come to show our kids they are valuable! We welcome any and all visitors. We know that stepping outside of their comfort zone will change their life forever. Maybe they can help us achieve our mission in a personal way.
