APAX is a religious based organization located in different provinces in Rwanda: Huye, Gakenke, Ngororero, Rusizi, Nyaruguru, Bugesera, Muhanga. APAX works towards establishing peace through increasing the quality of education, especially for young people in rural areas. The Association runs a kindergarten, provides primary education and including children with special needs. In addition, the Association provides accommodation for orphans, as well as offering scholarships for those without financial means.
APAX offers several programs such as spiritual education, formal education, special and inclusive education, vocational training, and socio-cultural and intra-community action.
