Integrated Women’s Development Organization works on rural women’s livelihood development and natural resource conservation and development. The livelihood development activities mainly focus on income generation and asset bulding of rural poor womens and women headed households.

The main reason of focusing on women’s and women headed households is due to their high vulnerability to poverity and migration as well as high income dependancy on males. The other core area this organization is natural resource managment and development. As climate change mitigation is the main tool to develope adaptability to climate change our organization impliments afforestation, degraded land rehabelitation,soil fertility managment, soil and water conservation,access to drinking water and farm productivity issues in Southern Ethiopia Sidama Zones marginalized communities.
