Loupes Around The World is an American NGO that provides loupes (magnifying glasses on an eyeglass that allow surgeons to see small structures with better clarity) to surgeons in developing countries. The organisation has worked with NGOs such as Operation Smile, Interplast, SIGN, and Madaktari to identify potential loupes recipients; additionally they receive referrals from other surgeons as well as individual requests. As of January 2010, Loupes Around The World have provided loupes to over 100 surgeons in more than 40 countries around the world.
