The Mercy Centre is an NGO in Thailand that provides an emergency shelter for small children who are at risk of either direct abuse or abuse by severe neglect. Mercy’s team of dedicated care-givers provide a clean, safe home, good food, medical care, clothing, education, and lots of love. The organisation also visits the slum areas with food and water and provides a scholarship programme for children from the slums enabling them to attend school.
