USAID/OFDA is deploying a regional Disaster Assistance Response Team (USAID/DART) that will include USAID/OFDA regional advisors, water and sanitation experts, field officers, and information officers. USAID/DART members will be located in Sri Lanka, India, Indonesia, and Thailand, and will coordinate the U.S. Government (USG) humanitarian response to the earthquake and tsunami emergency.
