A French NGO based in Lyon, the Association Droit, Développement et Partenariats Francophones (ADDPF), is working with the local Cambodian community to improve conditions in an orphanage on the outskirts of Phnom Penh.

In addition to working to improve the the educational facilities at the orphanage, the NGO intends to improve the water and sanitation system.

The Veolia Foundation has agreed to fund the building of a new shower block, and will also advise on appropriate sanitation and water systems.
