Willy and Parter, an engineering based consultancy organisation, specialising in water supply, is WaterAid’s partner in the rehabilitation of an existing gravity fed system at Chagwa in the Machinga District of southern Malawi, working through the District Assembly and local committ. Together with Willy and Partner, WaterAid is supporting the local community in developing skills to advocate for, and then manage and sustain, a rehabilitated system.
