Life for Relief and Development is a non-profit humanitarian charity founded in response to the humanitarian crises that developed in Iraq as a result of the 1991 Gulf War. Life is in consultative status with the economic and social counsel of the United Nations. It is also a member of InterAction. The field office of Life for Relief and Development in UAE offers a variety of humanitarian, developmental, health, and educational services and programs to aid refugees and victims of natural or man-made disasters. Life UAE office is mainly focused on marketing with other NGOs and aid foundations in the Gulf Cooperation Council region. Projects are also carried out in the UAE occasionally.
